The Nepean Seniors Recreation
Centre, located at the Nepean Sportsplex, 1701 Woodroffe Avenue at West Hunt
Club Road, features a lounge, reception area, meeting rooms and office
space. The Centre is located at Entrance #3, located at the rear of the building. Regular hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, but facilities are also often available in the evening for social events such as card games, concerts, dances and more. The annual membership fee (January to December) is $24 (includes HST). A small drop-in fee applies to each of our regular activities. |
The purpose of the Centre is to provide:
- A social focus to complement activities available at the Sportsplex
- An environment where adults 55 years and older have the opportunity to socialize informally with their peers
The Nepean Seniors Recreation Centre is overseen by the Volunteer Management Board, consisting of nine volunteers who are elected from the membership at its annual general meeting.
Activities ongoing in our current season include Games, Arts, Health and Fitness, and Special Events.

Annual Open House
Don't miss this year's Open House on Friday, October 22, 2010, 12:30 to 4 pm. Everyone is welcome. The day features entertainment and light refreshments, information and displays, the Annual General Meeting and your chance to try activities offered throughout the year.
